The following are some additional features included with this account.
- Sale Items - Distributors have the ability to mark products as being "On Sale" and to specify a new price for that item. These prices are only available on their individual website.
- Inactive Items - Since the online catalog is shared across all sites, each distributor can choose to inactivate any items that they do not wish to sell on their site. Those item(s) will then no longer display on their site. These changes don't affect any other website.
- Custom Site Images - Two pictures or images can be uploaded for the "About this Site" page and one picture or image on the Welcome page. Our system allows image uploads directly to the server where they will immediately appear on the website. Pictures can also be sent to us for scanning or scanned computer files can be sent to us and we will edit them to the proper size for display on a website. When a site is first created, we will scan and edit up to three pictures for each site at no charge.
- Order History - Online reports are available that show a history of orders received with the ability to sort them by date, item, or category.
- Email Blasts - Each website comes with an online address book that can be maintained by the site owner. Email blasts can be sent to some or all entries in the address book to advertise the site and attract business.
- Search Engine Information - We offer detailed instructions for submitting sites to the search engines. We have also provided the ability to edit the Title of the site and the two META tags that the search engines most often use in ranking and listing sites.
- Discount Coupons - Site owners can created their own discount coupon codes, setting a discount percentage or amount, a minimum order quantity, and an expiration date. When a customer places an order and enters the coupon code, the system validates the code and automatically applies the discount.
