I got involved with Orchids over 5 years ago. I started out with one, then when I didn't kill that one, I bought a couple more. Before I knew it I was scouring Ebay and orchid websites looking for bargains I couldn't pass up.
At last count we had over 1,000 orchids in our greenhouses.
